A few aging titles will no longer boast support from September 1st, according to word in today from the giant publisher.

A whopping 14 titles will face the online chop from the beginning of September, with EA revealing that a few more will follow on November 1st. The majority of the games in question are from the and Xbox, 2006 sporting titles predominantly, though a couple of releases also see support culled.

06 titles like FIFA, Madden, NBA, Tiger Woods, are all off the the radar, though new editions in all these franchises are due soon.

From September 1st, then:

  • FIFA Soccer 06 for 360, PC, PS2, PSP, Xbox
  • FIFA 2006 for PC, PS2, PSP, Xbox
  • Fight Night Round 3 for PSP, Xbox
  • Madden 06 for Xbox 360, PC, PS2, PSP, Xbox
  • Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects for PS2, Xbox
  • MVP 07 NCAA Baseball for PS2, Xbox
  • NASCAR 06 Total Team Control for PS2, Xbox
  • NBA Live 06 for Xbox 360, PC, PS2, PSP
  • NCAA Football 2005 for Xbox
  • NCAA Football 2006 for PS2, Xbox
  • NCAA March Madness 06 for PS2, Xbox
  • NFL Head Coach for PC, Xbox, PS2
