The designed hit Calling All Cars will be going multi-platform in the future, with letting slip that the game will be heading to the soon, complete with full support.

The news of the port was broken by the Official PSP Guidebook, which confirmed that the title is in now, though declines to mention who is handling the development or when it will be released. What we do learn is that it will support both Infrastructure and Ad Hoc multiplayer modes, which sounds promising.

With a directly accessible PSP Store said to be on the way soon, it is unclear whether Calling All Cars for PSP will be delivered as a download or via the standard UMD, but this news certainly bodes well for the handheld platform - with a thinner, lighter model due out next month.

More on this as we get it.
