Codemasters have signed another two major football clubs to their management brand, as they today announce Real Madrid Club Football and Celtic Club Football. These two European giants make the total roster of clubs signed-up a hefty seventeen. With Club Football titles now heading to the PS2 and Xbox, the Codies have decided to give development a little longer, with a release now planned for all titles this autumn. The game promises incredible realism, and a very accurate portrayal of every aspect of every individual club, including full 2003/4 teams. Mike Hayes, Codemasters Marketing Director, commented: "To have both Real Madrid and Celtic editions as part of the line-up makes the range complete and the extra development time will ensure a great football gaming experience for the fans of each club." The full list of games, then:

Superb idea to create one game & rebrand it though different clubs. Development cost of a single game, but the income potential is huge.

Jason verdict : Going to make Codies a lot of money, even if it sucks.
