A new game has today been hinted in reports, word reaching us that a new version of the game could be released dedicated to tracks. Sony/ATV Music are apparently in discussions over the matter.

The firms are in charge of the rights to Lennon and McCartney's songs, with the LA Times reporting that Martin N. Bandier, big cheese, is interested in making a Guitar Hero: Beatles happen.

"It's something we have talked about and something I'd like to pursue," the boss-man admitted.

Meanwhile, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is already on the way, and should be out this June on all the usual platforms.
