Apparently, Nintendo's is simply not cutting the mustard economically for Acclaim, who claim (see what I did there?) that they will drop support of the platform once current titles are released.

"Why are we to develop games for platforms that do not supply appropriate yields?" commented Acclaim CEO Rod Cousens in MCV's German edition. "We still support and Xbox, but Nintendo? No, not in the foreseeable future."

Bad news for it would seem; though Acclaim have quite a few Cube titles still in the pipeline for the time being - so perhaps this could be regarded as a warning shot from the publisher for Nintendo to buck their ideas-up. Only time will of course tell.

Who the hell cares abot Acclaim anyways? They suck as a game company. I mean, what games does anyone play that are made by Acclaim. Only the blind and deaf, and people who want to have a seizure from playing a steaming pile of crap. I say good riddance to one of the worst game companies ever.
