Valve's in-house developed content delivery system, the suggestively titled 'Steam' has another 2 scoop following on from the recent G-man video. The new HL2 content is another video, but this time it's a thirty-second segment of the Docks scene which featured in Valve's E3 footage.

What's more, this rather exciting new was actually discovered by the enraptured before officially made it available for download. Keeping things simple, it seems that Valve were utilising to try and send fans the new Docks video in advance of it being made available officially.

Of course, the more quick witted among the Steam community spotted that something was awry with Steam, and it wasn't long before those who were a bit handy with a Hex Editor were viewing the still-unannounced video.

The video is of course now out in the open, though we haven't had the opportunity to grab a copy of Steam just yet to investigate matters for ourselves. However, Eurogamer.net are fuelling the furore further by pointing folks in the direction of a new file through Steam; HL2-Kleiners_Lab.exe. In the meantime I'm off to get a copy of Steam to find out what all the fuss is about...
