Take Two has confirmed a change to the monopoly contract on 3, and Vice City.

In a financial results conference call CEO Jeffery Lapin stated that an amendment had been made to the agreement allowing the games to be ported to consoles other than the PS2. There are no plans for a port, or any firm deals for versions – however it has been announced previously that an version should be expected for Christmas.

The exclusivity deal still covers the next version of GTA on the PS2, for another undisclosed period.
