More news this morning as let slip early details of the new fitness game that has been rumoured for some months. Unsurprisingly, the new game is being crafted for Nintendo's mass market bating Wii console.

Apparently, Active will be out stateside next spring costing 59.99 USD. 20 will be covered, via a selection of 'attachments'.

In addition to the sports activities themselves, the game will include a virtual personal trainer, and special workouts.

The attachments in question help bolt the Wiimote or nunchuck to the player's body, while the game will even deliver diet related advice, too.

Teasingly, EA Sports boss sees more games of this variety on the way, perhaps addressing abs or even soccer.

In the future you can imagine "having Ronaldo or Wayne Rooney or whomever in soccer be your trainer," he told GameSpot.

All inclusive titles are the aim, Moore continues, although women in their 30s are his target presently. The sly old dog.
