Word in this afternoon from Computer Entertainment lets slip that a 2 demo is expected to arrive this Thursday, the 5th of February.

A new playable demo has been discussed for some time, and European gamers will be pleased to get this taster ahead of the game's full launch later this month. We'll have our full review for you at 5PM today.

The new demo will include the first part of the game's main opening level, and includes a beach-landing scene that Stevie will be discussing in more detail in our evaluation of Guerrilla's opus.

Taste-testers will also get a tutorial. Thursday it is... full game is out February 27th.

    I'm not complaining but why do we (europe) get the demo but US have to pre-order the game in order to get it. We just download as usual for free, on Thursday. Killzone 2 plays a pivotal role in PS3's success and if sony shunned me like this I would be furious. It would be a safer bet to simply not release a demo at all. Come on Sony. But I do get the demo and i've never been more excited about a game.

    why are u complaining europe finally gets something before anyone else u should be proud its not like we get things first usually we get it a year later . ITS GOOD TO BE EUROPEON :)
