Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising was supposed to be released this summer, but it now appears that the realistic war-game has been pushed back again - mooting a release in the 'autumn'.

The game was supposed to have made it out last year originally, but has been pushed back repeatedly, hopefully because Codemasters are determined to make a good job of this long-awaited sequel.

No official reason for the has been offered.

Dragon Rising has been several years in the making, and marks the return of the IP; something of a cult hit back in the day.

The game will be released on PC, and 360.
