Speaking in a new interview with GamingIndians, lifetime president has revealed that Batman: Arkham Asylum was delayed in order to fulfill its potential.

"Rocksteady's done an incredible job, we've got to 100 percent realise that dream that we have and not disappoint at the last minute. So we're going that extra mile to make sure it's going to be the game we think it's going to be," he explained in the big chat.

In more exciting news, the big cheese also revealed that Eidos hope to release Kane and Lynch 2 this September, while a licensed based on the game is also on the way with Bruce Willis set to star.

Livingstone also let's slip that a brand new Hitman title is in the works at IO Interactive, while he even hints that a new Thief game is also on the way (at Eidos Montreal) - and there's even words in their about a third flick.

The boss also suggests that 3 will be a 2010 release. More soon.
