Legendary Pictures to make games

Movie studio branches out

Movie studio Legendary Pictures have announced plans today to start creating video games based on their films internally. In addition to game-based titles, the studio will also make new games.

The first game from Legendary's internal studio will be based on The Lost Patrol, a super-natural thriller, set to hit cinemas next year.

Ex-EA exec Kathy Vrabeck will lead the new gaming division, and in addition to standard games, there will be mobile and casual titles as well.
