Conduit developer announce new Wii title

High Voltage's next game has been revealed as Gladiator A.D. for the Wii. Another mature, adult title that dev boss Kerry Ganofsky says is the company's "next step in filling the holes in the Wii's library."

As the title suggests, Gladiator A.D. is a game featuring brutal gladiatorial combat, wherein you choose a character - each with their own set of unique moves and attacks - and lead them through a series of increasingly challenging competitions.

Some stages will include one-on-one battles whereas some will be "much more complex."

"Gladiator A.D. is going to redefine the fighting game genre on the Wii" the developer went on to say. Bold words indeed.

Out in the first quarter of 2010, Gladiator A.D. joins The Conduit in High Voltage's forthcoming Wii release schedule, with yet another title from the busy dev team to be announced very soon.
