Big LucasArts news today?
Retro news expected
LucasArts have teased us rotten over the weekend, alluding to major news later today, related to the revival of yet another 'old school' title. Monkey Island is of course already making a return in downloadable form.
The firm was of course responsible for some seriously impressive adventure titles back in the day, and they've recently vowed to bring back several retro hits via the wonders of digital downloads.
This is what the first Twitter update from the firm offered: "Amazing news coming Monday! Super excited! You have no idea how tough it is not to start yelling about it! But its secret! Until Monday!"
This gradually evolved to: "Okay, we will do hints. It is awesome news for our old school fans. (anything more direct might get me in trouble)."
We'll keep you posted on whatever this turns out to be. Day of the Tentacle? Fate of Atlantis? Grim Fandango? We're intrigued.
