EA are planning the release of two free updates for Round 4, with the first offering set to land come August.

Specific dates are lacking, but we hear that the initial offering will arrive in early August, delivering a gym and equipment for players to train with. The update will be offered for both the and 360.

The Xbox 360, specifically, will also be getting an exclusive character in the form of veteran Sugar Ray Leonard.

A few gameplay changes are expected to be introduced, while in September players will get their gloves on a Total Punch Control update, offering face-button punch controls for both consoles.

EA believe the refined punch controls are already on the money, but the developers are happy to offer players additional options. More as we get it.
