According to the Telegraph are gearing up to launch a music-streaming service later this month and there's a chance it could find it's way onto the in the future.

The as yet unidentified service will be similar in concept to Spotify, a program that allows users to stream over the internet from a huge and ever growing library of officially licensed songs. Spotify comes in two flavours, there's the free version that includes occasional adverts every 4 or 5 songs and the premium version which is ad free in exchange for a monthly subscription fee.

MSN executive producer Peter Bale told the Telegraph "It will be a similar principle to Spotify but we are still examining how the business model will work. We are looking at how other similar businesses have structured their business models and trying to figure out what will work best for both consumer and Microsoft."

The Telegraph adds that Bale dropped hints about a 360 version but stopped short of giving any actual firm details.

Interestingly the news comes at a time when 360 owners are already awaiting the appearance of music service Last.fm which should be arriving along with and later in the year.
