Vesperia 2 under consideration at Namco

Manager moots sequel opportunity

Japanese game makers Namco Bandai are said to be considering making Tales of Vesperia 2, general manager Makoto Yoshizumi revealing that a sequel is a possibility.

Speaking online this week, Yoshizumi says that his outfit are "thinking about" making the new game.

"[During meetings, staff would ask] 'Will you be making Vesperia 2?' [I'd] respond, 'Don't talk like a fan!'. It appears that [within the company] there's a desire to make part 2. We're thinking about it."
