US postman steals over 2,000 games
Then crashes car...
A former US Postal Service worker has admitted in court to stealing some 2,200 video games sent by rental service GameFly.
The Pennsylvania-based postman faces over a year in the pen, and stands accused of stealing some 86,000 USD worth of software during the summer months of 2008.
The worker was spotted stealing the games via surveillance, and a dramatic chase ensued when he fled the scene of the crime carrying a bag of over 80 games. A car crash brought his flight to an end.
According to Philly.com, Reginald Johnson had been trading the games in at GameStop - and police officers found receipts and other expensive gaming items in his crashed SUV. More soon.
