PS3 slowly converting 360 fans?
New survey rules in favour of Sony
A new piece of research conducted by Gameplan Insights (thanks Gamasutra) suggests that games players may be gradually opting to play the big new multi-platform releases on the PS3 rather than the Xbox 360.
Apparently, big festive releases like Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed II could be helping to push people over to the Sony side.
According to the new research it is major titles like these that show a trend away from the 360, the findings citing 15 percent of Assassin's Creed Xbox 360 owners, who are on the brink of purchasing the sequel on the PS3.
On the other hand, 7 percent of those owning the original on PS3 are buying the sequel on the Xbox 360 - a similar shift is said to be evident in sales of Modern Warfare 2.
What are your thoughts? Is the PS3 slowly making headway with so-called 'core' gamers?

WHEN MY 360 DIED AFTER 3 YEARS....I went the PS3 route. and I must admit its been a better experience despite Live being the better online service, Marketplace for one. Wouldnt mind seeing more demos on the PS3 though.
After going through 5 360's I was glad to dump that POS.
umm ps3 is gonna over rule xbox in 2010. they got more exclusive games coming out that everyone would buy the ps3 for.. SO UP YOURS XBOX FAGGETS
Sorry I should not call people FAGGETS when I really am the biggest FAG of them all. I stopped playing my 360 online because I was getting dominated, since I have being playing online with the PS3 it has been much more fun playing with less skilled gamers. Peace out

PS3 is not hacked, 360 is. So sales are better on ps3 because thousands will download it instead. The reason figures went up is because ps3 slim has boosted sales and there is more ps3's on the market.
Some people are just stupid.
I think that new gamers who see trailers of MW2 and it has the Xbox 360 logo at the end automatically assume its better on that system, however i do think that exclusive PS3 games are drawing in 360 owners
