No new Half-Life this year?

Episode Three still off the cards

Word on the street has it that Valve fans may have to miss out on Half-Life 2: Episode Three this year - that's the news from Game Informer magazine.

According to the publication (thanks VG247), there won't be any new Half-Life products this year, despite Episode Three having been in the works for what feels like an eternity (Episode Two launched in 2007).

Episode Three is definitely still in development, we're told, but details remain scant at best.

Here's hoping this report proves erroneous.
