Eurogamer.net are this afternoon reporting on an internal leak of Nintendo DS specifications, which found their way online in a Japanese summary of the product, which is expected to be fully unveiled at E3 in May.
Among previously known and unknown details revealed, is the product's code-name 'Nitro', though Ninty UK have already dismissed suggestions this will be the retail name. Two CPUs will be used in the device, an ARM-9 CPU running at 67Mhz and an ARM-7 CPU running at 33Mhz. The system will also have 4Mb of RAM, shared cache/RAM and 656Kb of video memory.
Of course the DS has impressive 2D rendering capabilities, but it also boasts an impressive 3D processing power too, with claims of 120,000 polygons per second draw-rates mentioned. Naturally, good 3D capabilities will offer new potential for games and this power puts the DS on equal footing with the Sony PSP.
The de facto standard for wireless networking will be included in the shape of a 802.11 wireless LAN unit, and a touch-screen input device is among the other claims. Other features include a standard D-Pad, and two screens both of 256x192 resolution. Of course, this leak could be nonsense, but somehow we doubt it, and given these better-than-expected specifications the Nintendo DS will certainly warrant further investigation.

The Nintendo DS is is sooo awesome. I think the PSP is just a lame attemp to take nintendo off the portable world. Playstation should stick with the consoles. I also think that the PSP is the next generation walkman that sucks. I am totally buying the DS, I would like to play games a new way that I never played before, and up to 8 hours of battery life! The PSP seems like a upgraded gameboy advance that does not have any new innovations built into it, and 2 crappy hours of battry life. I can't wait to buy the DS on November 21st!!!
What about gizmondo why aren't people getting excited about that the same way as these two. If people get into it, they will be able to sign more games like xbox did when that came out. Its got a lot better features and specifications than these two, watch out for it.

i imported the PSP from japan and it sucks. the screen had dust specs that wouldnt come out. but what pissed me off the most was that the anlog stick poped off.

Wenn nun jemand seine -31 Domain auf meine Domain umleiten wurde um mich als Konkurrenten zu argern, gabe es fur mich keine Moglichkeit diese Manipulation herauszufinden. Ich wurde ratseln was ich falsch gemacht hatte und dabei ist es nur ein Trick der Konkurrenz. Edit: Ich habe die Frage vergessen! Gibt es doch eine Moglichkeit herauszufinden ob jemand seine Domain auf meine umgeleitet hat?
