Having under-whelmed practically everyone with their much-hyped press conference in which the already known Matrix Online publishing deal and a gameplay demonstration took place, took the odd decision of confirming afterwards that a brand new Phantasy Star game, Phantasy Star Universe, a brand new the publisher hopes will revitalise the series.

A trailer for universe has been shown on Sega's E3 booth, though sadly no details about the platform or a release date are known at this juncture. The pre-rendered footage shown looked to be broadly of the same style as the recent PS Online games, though we don't even know if it'll be off or based yet.

More on this as we get it.

No mate. This news is talking about PSU, and you are talking about PSOBB which is a totally different game. Also, True Fantasy Online looked rubbish in the first place, and now it has been cancelled so it doesnt exist now sorry.
