Following a recent trend by MMORPG publishers and developers to offer gamers a free go on their wares, Online are now offering players the chance to enjoy and two expansion packs free of charge for thirty days. The trial of the two packs: The Ruins of Kunark and The Scars of Velious, and the seminal original title, is currently open to those owning a Station.com account but who’ve never held an Everquest account.

The 'Everquest Trilogy' can be downloaded right now, and further details on every vagary of this offer can be had from the official site here. Whilst Sony Online's groundbreaking is looking a tad dated now, we can't help but think this is a good offer, especially for those still wondering what all the fuss is about.
